Carole and Michelle create their artworks individually, as well as collaborate together.

Carole uses a wide range of techniques including silver smithing, kiln fired glass, enamelling, dyeing, felting, knitting and more. She enjoys designing and handcrafting pieces which are individual and sometimes part of a limited range.

Carole completed Advanced Diploma in Engineering Technology (jewellery) at NMIT in 2011. From 2008 until 2012, she entered the Australian Sheep & Wool Show as well as the Royal Melbourne Show craft sections and won various prizes. She has contributed to many group exhibitions.

Michelle is largely a textile based artist, working with mainstream materials like wool and cotton, she is inspired by the environment she lives in and likes to challenge her expanding skills. She also enjoys experimenting with glass fusing, a medium which allows her the interconnection of colour and form.

Michelle completed Diploma of Art Studio Textiles and design RMIT in 2010, runs workshops throughout the year and enjoys attending international artist tutored sessions to learn new techniques. She has exhibited a body of work locally, been part of many group exhibitions over the years, including a travelling tapestry exhibition across USA.
